Key responsibilities
- Process residential clean energy loan applications in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Manage the Clean Energy Lending inbox to ensure timely and exceptional customer service
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and engage in outbound sales calls to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Progressive experience in a client-centric, high-volume role, preferably in a remote environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank digital banking systems
