Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Bilingual Disability Advocate will serve as a primary contact for health plan members, guiding them through the Social Security disability process while managing relationships with medical providers and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, providing support and clarifying complex information
• Manage relationships with medical providers and government agencies to ensure timely application processing
• Gather and submit necessary documentation for disability benefits applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a preference for social services, case management, or disability processing
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Strong detail orientation and goal-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
