Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual (Mandarin) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage donors for donor search-related activities, using various tools to locate updated contact information
• Conduct donor health screenings and coordinate blood draws while maintaining compliance with performance standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with donor operations, collaborating with various departments and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of professional experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills and familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging file types in a mission-driven call center environment
