Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual EAP Work Life Consultant, this remote position will manage telephonic intakes, provide consultations, and conduct research to connect program participants with community resources related to childcare, elder care, and daily living services.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete telephonic intakes and gather demographic information
- Assess participants' needs through targeted questioning and provide guidance
- Conduct timely research and vet service providers to ensure appropriate referrals
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in resource giving, including housing and childcare services
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish, including reading and writing
- Experience with community or state-based programs
- Prior experience conducting telephonic intake and/or assessments preferred
