Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support family caregivers through their caregiving journey, the full-time Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will engage in outbound calls, educate caregivers about the Caregiver Support Program, and coordinate enrollment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to eligible family caregivers to introduce and explain the Caregiver Support Program
• Secure caregiver agreements to enroll and manage documentation in the CRM system
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards and participate in team training and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in the U.S
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Comfort conducting frequent phone-based conversations
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
