Job Summary
Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist will make outbound calls to enroll patients in services, educate them on available resources, and support their healthcare needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate patients about Pomelo Care services and achieve enrollment goals
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of patient outreach activities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure patients receive appropriate care and services
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting is a plus
- Willingness to work occasional overtime hours
