Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Bilingual Facilitator for the Brooklyn Abusive Partner Intervention Program (APIP).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment and orientation sessions for program participants
- Schedule participants for sessions and co-facilitate themed intervention sessions
- Maintain attendance records and conduct breathalyzer or toxicology tests as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in social services preferred
- Participation in qualified training in domestic violence and/or criminal justice or 100 hours of qualified internship training
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and database software
- Knowledge of local criminal justice and treatment systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
