Job Summary
Supporting the CDC INFO program, the full-time Bilingual Health Coordinator RN will provide advanced clinical inquiry responses and medical expertise to health-related inquiries in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to health-related inquiries from consumers, educators, and healthcare professionals, both verbally and in writing
- Conduct advanced database searches and document all incoming inquiries
- Participate in special projects and compose relevant documents and reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current, active RN license
- Experience in medical, scientific, or public health disciplines, with clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
- Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous call center or telehealth experience preferred
