Job Summary
Providing support for a variety of healthcare inquiries, the remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist customers in both English and Spanish with questions regarding health insurance policies, personal account updates, and order completions while managing inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and updates on health insurance policies
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
- Utilize multiple systems to provide efficient and accurate customer support
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for system navigation
- Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week
