Job Summary
To support a fast-paced environment, the contract Bilingual HR Advisor will assist employees and managers with HR policies, investigate workplace issues, and resolve pay and benefits inquiries remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Guide managers through complex employee relations matters and investigate complaints
- Research and resolve pay concerns while coordinating with operations for compliance
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years' experience as an HR generalist or in HR shared services within a large company
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to generate reports and manage case files using HR software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills
