Job Summary
Providing Tier 1 HR Generalist support, the part-time Bilingual HR Advisor (Hebrew) Consultant will work remotely on weekends from Saturday to Wednesday, assisting employees with HR issues related to benefits, payroll, and workplace accommodations.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and resolve HR issues across various services including benefits, payroll, and talent development
- Deliver exceptional care experiences to help employees effectively engage with HR services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce experience based on employee feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Bilingual in Hebrew
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Proficient in supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits
- Adept at coaching leaders and employees in a virtual environment
