Supporting a global Fortune 500 client, the part-time Bilingual HR Advisor (Hebrew) Consultant will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support remotely during weekend shifts from Saturday to Wednesday, focusing on resolving HR issues and enhancing employee experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance on various HR services including benefits, payroll, and workplace accommodations
- Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple communication channels such as chat and phone
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workforce experience based on employee feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Bilingual in Hebrew
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Proficient in supporting end-to-end HR offerings including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits
- Adept at coaching and collaboration in a virtual environment
