Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding process for newly-signed clients, coordinate engagement through structured onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for newly-signed clients
- Evaluate product use and coordinate client engagement through structured onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience based on insights from the sales process
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience in implementation, professional services, or clinical research
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills strongly preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA/Confluence) and communication platforms (Live Chat, Slack)
- Prior work experience in healthcare, SAAS, clinical research, or academia
