Key responsibilities
- Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create and execute onboarding plans
- Conduct remote site assessments and provide training to restaurant staff on utilizing Toast products effectively
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support during initial usage
Required qualifications
- Bilingual/Fluent in Thai & English
- Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
- 3+ years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
