Bilingual Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will manage warm leads, close sales, and schedule installations for both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone in both English and Spanish
• Build value to uncover customer needs and overcome objections while maintaining quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospects and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Strong motivation for commission-driven sales
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
