Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and French, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Support Representative will assist veterinary customers by managing inbound calls and emails related to diagnostic products, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies through various communication channels
• Establish credibility with customers and recommend additional products and services based on their needs
• Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions while providing outstanding customer experiences

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in a multi-tasking environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus
