Job Summary
Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the full-time Bilingual Insurance Interviewer will work remotely, placing outbound calls and gathering applicant information for multiple client companies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants, completing interviews or leaving messages for callbacks
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews for quality assurance
- Utilize call management systems to log calls, document information, and ensure compliance with client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with telephone interviewing or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with call management systems is a plus
- Ability to work a full-time schedule from 10am to 7pm CST, including Saturdays
