To support a dedicated personal injury law firm, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Intake Specialist will engage with potential clients, assess their situations, and ensure a smooth transition to the legal team while working remotely during nights and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to establish trust and rapport through exceptional communication skills

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain follow-up to ensure thorough intake processes
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
