Negotiating medical balances for injured clients, the full-time Bilingual Lien Resolution Associate will work remotely to manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely disbursement of settled cases while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and submit reduction requests
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and case status in Litify
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury reductions or medical bill negotiation
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload independently
- Proficiency with legal case management software; Litify experience preferred
