Key responsibilities

- Collect necessary documentation to facilitate loan funding while adhering to a structured call script
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-based or metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle phone calls for 5+ hours daily
- Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, or retail preferred
