Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant will assist with reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and ensuring timely loan closings while communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, tracking outstanding items and following up with customers for timely documentation
- Facilitate communication between loan officers, customers, and title companies to ensure smooth loan closings
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
