Job Summary
Fluent in Spanish and holding an active MLO license, the remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant - NC/FL will support a Loan Officer by communicating with borrowers, assisting with loan applications, and managing documentation to facilitate the mortgage process.
Key responsibilities
- Support one assigned Loan Officer and communicate directly with borrowers during the initial mortgage process
- Assist with mortgage loan applications, collect documentation, and follow up on outstanding information
- Perform mortgage processing duties to help maintain organization and ensure timely loan closings
Required qualifications
- Active MLO license required; Florida and/or North Carolina licensing preferred
- Mortgage origination experience required
- Experience working directly with mortgage borrowers
- Ability to assist with loan applications and documentation
- Availability to work East Coast hours in a remote environment
