Job Summary
Supporting an assigned Loan Officer, the fully remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant - NC/FL will assist with mortgage loan applications, communicate directly with borrowers, and help maintain organization throughout the mortgage process.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate directly with borrowers during the initial stages of the mortgage process
- Assist with mortgage loan applications and collect borrower documentation
- Help maintain organization and follow up on outstanding information to keep loans moving toward closing
Required qualifications
- Active MLO license required
- Mortgage origination experience required
- Experience working directly with mortgage borrowers
- Florida and/or North Carolina licensing strongly preferred
- Availability to work East Coast hours
