Bilingual Mandarin Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Bilingual Mandarin Onboarding Consultant will manage customer menu configurations, guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process, and ensure successful go-live experiences while achieving monthly activation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage product knowledge and project management skills to create onboarding plans and ensure high-quality implementation experiences
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs and manage onboarding configurations while documenting the go-live process
• Develop and lead onboarding training plans for restaurant staff to optimize the use of Toast products for operational efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English required
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, managing long-term customer relationships
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills
