Seeking a Bilingual Mechanical Claims Specialist, the full-time remote role will utilize automotive technical knowledge to assist dealers and repair facilities with claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and policy support across the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage automotive expertise to assist dealers and repair facilities in filing claims
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy administration and claims through calls and written correspondence
• Conduct research to check for existing case information and provide accurate assistance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry preferred
• Strong mechanical background with effective communication skills
• Knowledge of computer basics and ability to navigate technical platforms
• Fluency in both English and French is required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
