Job Summary
To support high-quality services for the National Sexual Assault Hotline, the full-time Bilingual NSAH Shift Manager will oversee hotline operations, manage staff performance, and provide direct crisis intervention and emotional support remotely during morning shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage NSAH staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality assurance of services
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching to support specialists, enhancing their crisis intervention skills
- Monitor hotline sessions and provide real-time guidance to maintain a trauma-informed environment
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention services or related volunteer work
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of social service experience
- Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfort discussing issues surrounding sexual violence and addressing difficult staffing situations
- Successful completion of a criminal background check administered by RAINN
