Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Onboarding Guide will manage the onboarding experience for families referred to Hera, guiding them through the enrollment process remotely while ensuring a seamless transition to care.

Key responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by educating families about Hera's services and value
• Guide families through the onboarding process, including paperwork, documentation, and scheduling
• Coordinate communication between families and Hera's care team to ensure a smooth handoff to their assigned Hero

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Experience in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, particularly with older adults or their families
• Strong phone presence and follow-through skills to build trust quickly with families
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and streamline onboarding processes
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
