Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time remote Onboarding Guide will manage the patient enrollment process by converting referrals into active clients, guiding families through onboarding, and coordinating with care teams to ensure a seamless transition to care.

Key responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by educating families about Hera's services and value
• Guide families through the onboarding process, including paperwork, documentation, and scheduling
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a smooth handoff to the assigned Hero for ongoing care

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Experience in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, particularly with older adults or their families
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and set a flexible schedule within business hours EST
