Bilingual Operational Risk Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Mexico and South America region, the full-time Bilingual Operational Risk Consultant will manage risk activities within the Non-Financial Risk Management framework, collaborating with business stakeholders and corporate functions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-country partners
• Maintain accuracy of regional process, risk, and control data within the GRC tool, OpenPages
• Support Global Customer Service & Operations in analyzing their risk and control environment through timely execution of risk activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational risk management and risk assessment experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, or related field
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience working independently in a remote role with a strong focus on delivery of outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to execute in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
