Job Summary
Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients in services, educate them on available resources, and support their healthcare needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to inform and enroll patients in Pomelo Care services
- Achieve enrollment goals based on company KPIs and document all patient interactions accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure patients receive appropriate care
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
