Bilingual Overnight Shift Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the National Sexual Assault Hotline operations, the full-time Bilingual Overnight Shift Manager will manage staff, ensure quality service delivery, and provide direct support to hotline users, working remotely during overnight hours from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide ongoing performance feedback to hotline staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and high-quality service delivery
• Conduct training and coaching for support specialists to enhance crisis intervention skills and maintain a trauma-informed approach
• Monitor hotline sessions and provide real-time guidance to staff, ensuring compliance with RAINN's standards and policies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention services or related volunteer work
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of social service experience
• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Comfort discussing issues surrounding sexual violence and addressing difficult staffing situations
• Successful completion of a criminal background check administered by RAINN
