Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Bilingual Patient Care Liaison will manage communication with patients, providers, and attorneys, ensuring timely updates on appointments and scan reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to providers and attorneys regarding patient appointment statuses and scheduling
• Coordinate timely delivery of scan reports and imaging records while minimizing patient no-shows through effective follow-ups
• Manage communications across phone, email, and text, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse patients
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or communications role, preferably in healthcare or legal settings
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling software, and telephony platforms
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communications and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
