Bilingual Patient Help Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Bilingual Patient Help Center Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls with potential patients, effectively communicate the benefits of services, and convert conversations into in-person consultations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each patient has a positive experience and confidently communicate the value of dental services
• Convert 75% or more of new-patient calls to in-person consultations and accurately schedule new patients
• Maintain daily communication with team members and participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• One year of call center experience and two years of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus but not required
• High School Diploma is required
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and US work authorization are required
