Job Summary
To support HR initiatives in Puerto Rico, the full-time Bilingual People Business Partner will assist with onboarding, employee relations, and performance management while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage various HR functions, including employment and labor relations, for a specific business unit
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant HR experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of information for decision-making
