Job Summary
Engaging in high-volume member outreach, the full-time Bilingual Pharmacy Guide will manage outbound calls to assist both English and Spanish-speaking members with medication adherence and health support programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-volume outbound phone calls to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs
- Build trust with members by identifying barriers to care and providing personalized communication
- Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care support programs while documenting interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume member-, patient-, or customer-facing role
- Professional, native-level oral and written fluency in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through active listening and personalized communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
