Bilingual Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives for finance and accounting, the full-time bilingual Project Manager will oversee complex projects related to financial systems, process improvements, and technology implementations, while working remotely to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams on IFRS 17 initiatives and evolving financial reporting requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive implementation activities to enhance financial reporting and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for CPA or Financial Administration
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience, with an additional 4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in implementing financial projects, particularly ERP and financial systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
