Bilingual Psychiatric Nurse

Job Summary

Providing clinical and administrative support, the part-time Bilingual Psychiatric Nurse will assist a psychiatric provider with patient intakes, charting, and medication coordination, while working both onsite during appointments and remotely for follow-ups.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the psychiatric provider during clinic days by conducting intake screenings and assisting with examinations
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document treatments and behavioral changes
• Manage pharmacy coordination, including prior authorizations and medication adjustments, ensuring timely refills

Required qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong expertise in psychiatric disorders and psychotropic medications
• Proficiency with EHR platforms and secure remote communication tools
• Master's degree in counseling or social work preferred
