Bilingual QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Bilingual QA Coordinator will support quality assurance, training, and operational activities remotely by monitoring staff performance, reviewing work for accuracy, and assisting with the development of resource materials.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and contractual requirements
• Assist in the development and distribution of project reports and performance indicators
• Conduct quality assurance monitoring activities and provide feedback to enhance employee performance

Required qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently
• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with Cover VA at Maximus is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid health insurance programs is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quality monitoring or performance evaluation
