Bilingual Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Bilingual Registered Nurse for a full-time remote position, responsible for providing telehealth assessments, health education, and patient guidance through various communication channels while maintaining clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online, accurately assessing needs and directing to appropriate levels of care
• Document all patient/member interactions using management software and monitor performance metrics for improvement
• Participate in coaching sessions to enhance performance and communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in high acuity settings
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states
• Minimum of an associate's degree from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work at least two weekend days every two weeks
