Bilingual Registered Nurse - Multi-State

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Bilingual Registered Nurse - Multi-State will provide clinical triage assessments, health education, and patient guidance remotely, leveraging their critical thinking and clinical skills to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide patient-focused care via phone or online platforms
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members, documenting all interactions accurately
• Monitor performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions to improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in high acuity settings
• Must possess a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in designated states
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required
