Bilingual Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales team, the remote Bilingual Sales Coordinator will lead coaching initiatives, optimize sales funnels, and oversee lead quality to enhance conversion rates in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the sales team to exceed targets
- Implement strategies to increase monthly conversion rates by at least 5 percentage points
- Ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified while collaborating with the Marketing team
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) - fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level)
- Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams, preferably in remote environments
- Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates
- Experience in designing quarterly goals and managing high-availability schedules
