Bilingual Seasonal Health Insurance Agent
Job Summary
Supporting customers with their health insurance plans during the OEP season, the full-time Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent will take calls and chats in both English and Spanish, explain medical plan features, and assist members with cost analysis, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with health insurance inquiries and plan selections during the open enrollment period
- Provide cost and plan analysis to current members to identify the best insurance products for their needs
- Engage with clients using strong sales skills to effectively close deals and build relationships
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Resident Life & Health Insurance License in hand with CE completed
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-10pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
