Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative will manage outbound member calls, assist with scheduling preventative health services, and ensure quality customer service while working remotely from Arizona.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to members to identify needs for preventative services and connect them to appropriate resources
• Collaborate with other representatives to resolve complex customer service inquiries
• Educate new customers on available preventative health care services and maintain accurate documentation of transactions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience making outbound calls and using computers and Windows PCs
• Ability to work full-time during normal business hours, with occasional overtime as needed
