Job Summary
To assist with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, the full-time Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish) will lead end-to-end project management efforts, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams while working remotely from Mexico City, Mexico, or California, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Must currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA
