Bilingual Sleep Clinician RN

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Sleep Clinician RN will coordinate education, set-up, and compliance monitoring for sleep and respiratory patients, utilizing various communication methods to ensure effective patient engagement and device usage, with flexible working arrangements available in remote, hybrid, or on-site settings.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and educate patients on the importance of using prescribed devices and the consequences of untreated OSA
• Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services while ensuring high standards of service delivery through follow-up quality questions
• Collect and enter accurate patient and provider information into the compliance platform and communicate order status to relevant parties

Required qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi State Registered Nurse Compact License
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both oral and written communication
• Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and work varying schedules, including one weekend a month
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while collaborating with diverse teams
