Job Summary
To support families facing dementia, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Care Navigator will provide empathetic listening and guidance through a 24/7 support line, working remotely on a contract basis with rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to individuals living with Alzheimer's and their families
- Share dementia education, coping strategies, and assist with resource navigation
- Triage callers using a structured support model and document interactions in the care platform
Required qualifications
- Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related fields
- Experience supporting older adults and individuals with cognitive and behavioral disorders
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and steadiness
- Reliable internet and a quiet/private remote workspace
