Bilingual Spanish Claims Representative

Job Summary

To support the claims department, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Claims Representative will provide technical and telephonic customer service, handling first notice of loss claims while working remotely from home during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone service and assistance to customers and claim-related parties
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
• Enter and maintain claim information in the company claim system

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• Bilingual Spanish abilities, including translation, are required
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
