Job Summary
To support individuals in need, the full-time temporary Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will provide critical assistance connecting people to emergency shelter and resources, working remotely from select states including FL, GA, NC, MI, PA, SC, TX, or VA.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing information and resources related to emergency shelter services
- Navigate multiple systems to efficiently manage customer inquiries and support needs
- Maintain 100% attendance for orientation and training sessions, demonstrating reliability and commitment
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience working remotely is preferred
- Technical proficiency with Windows 11 and ability to meet specific computer requirements
- Open availability, including weekends, to accommodate client needs
