To support individuals in need, the full-time temporary Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will provide critical assistance connecting people to emergency shelter and resources while working remotely from specific states including FL, GA, NC, MI, PA, SC, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by connecting them to emergency shelter and resources
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while providing customer support

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience working remotely is preferred
- Technical proficiency with Windows 11 and dual monitor setup
- Open availability, including weekends, is mandatory
