Bilingual Spanish Member Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team focused on improving access to care, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Member Engagement Coordinator will make high-volume outbound calls to engage members, sell the benefits of health evaluations, and schedule appointments with licensed providers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
• Utilize pre-approved scripts to ensure accurate communication and effectively overcome objections to engage members
• Meet daily performance metrics including appointments scheduled, call volume, and productivity goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center environment
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers and proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
